Implementasi Metode Deep Learning untuk Meningkatkan Keaktifan dan Hasil Belajar Siswa SD Negeri 17 Palembang

Abstrak

This study aims to examine the implementation of the Deep Learning teaching method in enhancing the learning engagement and learning outcomes of students at SD Negeri 17 Palembang. Deep Learning is an instructional approach that emphasizes deep conceptual understanding, critical thinking, collaboration, and active student involvement in the learning process. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the school principal, classroom teachers, and students. The findings indicate that the implementation of the Deep Learning method increased student engagement in learning activities such as discussing, asking questions, and solving problems. In addition, this method contributed to improved learning outcomes through better conceptual understanding and more meaningful learning experiences. These findings suggest that the Deep Learning method can serve as an effective alternative instructional strategy for improving the quality of learning in elementary schools.
